Below are some answers to frequently asked question regarding Aeroplan® points at our office.

I used my card, but the Miles haven't shown up in my account – what do I do?

While Miles should typically show up within a week, it can sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks for these Miles to show up in your account. If it has been longer than 4 weeks and you have not received your Miles you can contact Aeroplan® via www.aeroplan.com, or by calling Aeroplan® at 1.800.361.5373.

Are there any products or services I cannot earn Miles on?

You cannot earn Miles on services that are covered by government covered insurances
(forexample, Provincial Health, Indian Affairs, etc.) In addition, you cannot earn Miles if you are not an Aeroplan® member. Please note you must be an Aeroplan® Member and adhere to all Aeroplan® program term and conditions in order to earn Aeroplan® Miles.

How many Aeroplan® Miles can I earn?

There are many ways to earn Miles. You will earn 1 mile for every $1 spent (base offer
at all times) at this location when you purchase any of the following: eye exams, contact lenses, frames, lenses, sunglasses, coatings and all other vision care products.

You will also be able to earn Miles through various bonus offers and promotions that
Vision Source offers throughout the course of the year. Patients can talk to staff to find
out how they can earn Bonus Miles and to learn of any current promotions.

What can I get with my Miles?

You can visit www.aeroplan.com to view the variety of items you can redeem your
Aeroplan® Miles for. The options vary from gift cards, house wares, and even travel.

How can I become an Aeroplan® member?

For patients wanting to become an Aeroplan® member, they can visit www.aeroplan.com and click on "Become a Member" found at the top of the home page. Becoming a member is absolutely free.
